Returns and Exchanges

Domestic Shipping

 

All prices are GST inclusive and in Australian Dollars

You will be emailed a confirmation shipping email and link to track your order

A Tax Invoice will be sent with your order

 

If your order is in stock the order is dispatched 4 business days after payment confirmation

If your order is not in stock an email will be sent to you with an estimated delivery of between 1-2 weeks, after payment confirmation

 

Our Levels of Delivery service 

 

  • Choose Ordinary parcel delivery from the drop-down menu for 1-2 items of separates, dresses and jackets for a cost of $19.00 ordinary delivery service

  • Choose Express parcel delivery from the drop-down menu for 3 o4 more items of dresses, coats and long dressesThe order is boxed and signature required on delivery for a cost of $35.50 for Australia post Express Service

  • Free delivery for Purchases over $199 domestic deliveries

International Shipping 

 

We ship to specific countries overseas, namely

New Zealand, Canada

and registered clients overseas

​

A $45 postage and handling fee applies

These fees are calculated at the check-out.

If your order is in stock, allow 3 weeks for delivery

If your order needs to be made allow 5 weeks for delivery

Some countries may take longer

The $45 shipping fee includes tracking 

The garment is boxed and securely sealed.

For purchases over $349 we are offering free shipping for a limited time only

Customs Duties & Other fees

 

For domestic sales all fees have been calculated at check-out

For international sales, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check if further fees apply at the country of destination

All taxes from the Australian government are included in the price asked

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

The majority of our styles are made to order,

We sell online only.

The clothing is designed and made new in Australia

We aim to manufacture and dispatch within 8 working days

Lead time varies between 2-3 weeks to deliver to Australian locations

 

Basic repeats/ in stock items are dispatched 4 days after payment confirmation, sent with Australia post with tracking

If you have an event and need the item for a specific date, please email us prior to buying online, to confirm we can make and deliver your purchase in time for your special event

RETURNS

Returns and refunds are accepted for BASIC REPEAT items; these are MARKED in the product description

" Basic repeat": return and refund accepted with authorisation and within 14 days

Refunds are paid for RRP less postage

EXCHANGES

Unless otherwise stated most purchases attract an exchange for other product policy; for incorrect style choice or incorrect size choice

All exchanges must be authorised prior to returning to our office.

Contact us with the contact page with the issue

Instructions and authorisation number will then be issued

 

The garment/s must be un-used and in original condition with labels

Contact our sales staff if a wrong size was chosen.

  • Within the Sydney metropolitan area: an even exchange at our office during business hours

  • Out-side the Sydney Metropolitan, rest of Australia and international destinations: send your order to our office at your expense, then your new order will be sent to you, at our expense

  • WE allow one EXCHANGE of another garment for change of mind or for incorrect style choice. The exchange must be of equal or higher sales value and MUST BE WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of order. The garment/s must be un-used and in original condition with labels There is a time extension during Christmas and Easter extra 14 days; this must be authorised prior

  • No exchange or refund of payment, if the clothing was a CUSTOM-MADE ORDER or bespoke and/or ordered in a colour we do not normally stock

  • For international exchanges please contact us by email via the contact page and then an authorisation number will be issued with instructions

The designs cannot be reproduced for resale in the market place with prior permission in writing by the owners of this web site

  • The highest quality standards are used in the production of our designs. Fabrics are chosen for quality and durability.

  • Colour lots may vary in different shipments of fabric deliveries. Different computer screens show differing shades of colour. If you are concerned ask for a swatch of actual fabric of your order to be sent to you.
