Normal Delivery consists of 3-4 days delivery to Australian states,the order is boxed with signature required for $35
Express next day delivery the order is boxed with signature required $45
We ship all to specific countries overseas

All exchanges must be authorised prior to returning to our office.

Within the Sydney metropolitan area: an even exchange at our office during business hours
Out-side the Sydney Metropolitan, rest of Australia and international destinations: send your order to our office at your expense, then your new order will be sent to you, at our expense
NO REFUND OF MONEY FOR CHANGE OF MIND or for incorrect style choice.
WE allow one EXCHANGE of another garment for change of mind or for incorrect style choice. The exchange must be of equal or higher sales value and MUST BE WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt of order. The garment/s must be un-used and in original condition with labels
No exchange or refund of payment, if the clothing was a CUSTOM MADE ORDER or bespoke and/or ordered in a colour we do not normally stock

The designs cannot be reproduced for resale in the market place with prior permission in writing by the owners of this web site
The highest quality standards are used in the production of our designs. Fabrics are chosen for quality and durability.
Colour lots may vary in different shipments of fabric deliveries. Different computer screens show differing shades of colour. If you are concerned ask for a swatch of actual fabric of your order to be sent to you.

If your size is missing,you can order your size from Size 6 to size 16 through the website or via the retail store facilities
If the order requires an alteration,we can alter your order for a fee. See in store for our Alteration price list
This Order service is not classified as a Bespoke Order. Alterations are limited by the finished garment
If you would like a Bespoke garment, inquire about our. Bespoke service-a guaranteed fit
No refunds or exchange for bespoke orders
A 60% deposit is required for a Bespoke order.
The remaining 40% is payable on completion of the garment after the toille has been approved and garment made. If further alterations are require an extra alteration fee may be payable
